tablet question

Right i'm currently playing FMT on my PC and really enjoying it, i like the idea of being able to play my save on a tablet (i have a son on the way and it would be easier) but i would like to switch between the two with the same save, i believe this is possible?

also what tablet is believed to be very good for FMT? i don't use 3d either i've always used 2d, but i would prefer it to run as smoothly as possible. a bigger screen would also be preferable.
