YKW Posted November 29, 2016 Share Posted November 29, 2016 Keep an eye on your assistant training summaries and the information on the players' development page. What I think you might find is a sentence like "X believes that the squad's general personality has had a negative effect on (Player) recently." If your squad is overwhelmingly undetermined, then players who are more determined will gradually become like everyone else, i.e. less determined. This works the other way around as well, and if you have a highly determined squad then players with less determination will sometimes increase because "the squad's general personality has had a positive effect on (Player) recently."
