Johan 14 Cruyff
PPM: Dictates Tempo The player will be more likely to use his intelligence to decide what tempo to play at, rather than following the tempo instruction you have given to your team. For example, he may decide it is appropriate to slow down the game by holding up the ball or he may instead try to increase the urgency of your team's play by attempting a quick pass. Does this mean that the player with this ppm will only adjust the tempo in which he plays, or does he effect to tempo of the players around him also? E.g TI Tempo is set to Normal, and one player has this ppm. Does he simply speed up and slow down his time on the ball, thus effecting the team tempo solely by his actions only. Or do the other teammates adjust their tempo also in order to match the player with the ppm
yau
He'll ignore your TI Tempo setting and play hes own. So he gonna affect overall team tempo, because only with the ball you can switch tempo of the game. In your case he will slow down and speed up his time on the ball, the rest of your team will play at normal tempo.
borivoje213
Decisions would naturally be a good attribute for this. What else would be important?
yau
first touch, technique and composure for lowering down tempo i guess.

thomit
It can be a good trait for playmakers, DLP's and registas in particular, but I wouldn't want to have that PPM in players that are not given a playmaker role.
llama3
For this kind of style of play think of deep playmakers like Pirlo, Xabi Alonso or Santi Cazorla
