But what does everyone do re goalkeeper distribution? It's never been something I've tweaked, but I'm getting a bit frustrated that the majority of opponent goalkeepers find a teammate with a pass, but mine (Mandanda/Hennessey @ Palace), always boot it to the opposition. Do you do anything with GK distribution? Do you have any success at retaining possession? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
herne79 Posted December 8, 2016 Share Posted December 8, 2016 Kicking long rarely works well unless your keeper is really good at kicking and your front man/men have great first touch and can hold the ball up well. Slow pace down, distribute to defenders, even take quick throws can all help. But it all comes down to how you want to play and set up to do so.
