I'm asking in a discussion because I personally feel like people seem to be lazy to figure out things for themselves regarding tactics and go nuts if they read someone's thread and it doesn't work. Impatient comes into it cause people don't want to look into depth which football manager allows each player to do with great features which enables players to do so.
