TQ13PS
I have a player who is not willing to negotiate a new contract as he feels the club is not progressing enough. The problem I have with this is that there is currently no room to be able to have a conversation with the player, what I would like to see is 1 The ability to ask a player what exactly he is looking for, silverware, play in Europe, better training facilities. 2 Be able to try and persuade the player to sign a short term contract with the promise of trying to achieve certain goals. I feel that having discussions with players needs a lot more depth to it, when trying to sign a player there could be a conversation with that player before heading into contract negotiations. OhHoopedOne
There is a similar problem when it comes to new contracts. If a player who is already earning a good amount of money wants more, you can't tell him that's why he's being put on the transfer list
