I typically manage in the far reaches of the lower leagues where funds are scarce for wages/staff contracts. To the best of my knowledge, in order to change a coach from say a fitness coach to goal keeping coach you have to offer them a new contact for the new coaching position. It would be far easier to just be able to reassign them to their new duty in the training screen or contract tab.... Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
