And now my suggestions 1.2: * the possibility to have have two assistant coaches. * the direction board can impose a transfer without the acceptation of the first coach. * like Payet did with West Ham, a player can refuse to play with his teams if his team is in a poor situation or they play on relegation * as I said in the previous suggestions, and like after the end of matchs , the assistant coach gives you the rate of each players after a training in a day and you can discuss with the player about his rating. * A relation between the Coach and his staffs should be created, like the relation between the coachs and his players.
