[suggestion] Players concerned about training

I play LLM a lot and one of the messages i get regularly is: 'a number of players have voiced their concerns of training sessions lately' and then later in the inbox it would state someting like; 'They are generally unhappy with the lack of fitness training or goalkeeper training etc etc'

Ok, we lack in terms of quality in the backroom staff department and I want to do something about it, but I cant... My board wont let me sign new coaches or won't increase the staff wages to attract better coaches.

Shouldn't it be fair for me to tell my players:

'look, i understand and can agree with you, but there is nothing we can do because of the financial situation the club is in atm'

or tell them:

'Stop whining and get your act together'

I would like to have the option to give my players some feedback on their unhappiness and now the only thing I can do is read about it and move on, whilst my players are slightly unhappy about the level of training they are having.
