[Suggestion] Add players who have agreed to pre-transfer promises to Active Transfers

Just a small suggestion to list somewhere players who you have already agreed to the pre-transfer promises, maybe the active tranfsers screen but just with the category of Pre-Transfer or something. If you go on a buying binge and make lots of promises to players, unless you go back and try to give a player a contract, there is no other place I can see where to quickly see which players you have already initiated discussions with or not.
