Bring back the training scheduling tooltip on team training page

In the top middle of the team training page, there is a slider that you can adjust for more general training or more match training.  In past versions, if you hovered over the slider you'd get a tooltip saying if you move the slider all the way to the left, it's 50% match training; if you move the slider all the way to the right, it's 0% match training.  

Now, the tooltip is gone.  When I started playing FM17 after not playing since FM15, I couldn't remember what the slider did or if it had been changed, etc.  I can't imagine a completely new user would have any clue to exactly what the slider does.  There needs to be a tooltip explaining it.  Please bring it back.
