b28937
I like to put my assistant manager or a coach in charge of opposition instructions. It's great that now when a new opposing player comes on the pitch or the opposition charges formation, the coach will automatically assign new opposition instructions (didn't used to be this way as recently as FM2015). But even now when you check your assistant manager's feedback, you still see him staying, we need to close blah blah down he can really cross the ball. Great, but YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF OPPOSITION INSTRUCTIONS SO STOP BOTHERING ME AND DO IT. I can see maybe if you have a coach in charge of opposition instructions, maybe it makes sense for the assistant manager to recommend closing a player down or whatever and let you make the decision. But if you put the assistant manager in charge of opposition instructions, you are giving him authority to implement his recommendation and he should automatically do whatever he sees fit, not just tell you about it without doing anything about it.
