[Suggestion] Signing grayed out players through scouting

It would be good if football manager had the option to scout and sign grayed out players.

Grayed out players are for reducing the amount of players in the database and by that increasing game speed.

It works like this: you scout the grayed out player like you scout a normal player, then the game will assign a random PA for the player based on the team and nation strength (the PA can be random even when scouting the same player more than once) and send you the scout report, after receiving the scout report you get the estimated CA and PA of the player and the cost for signing the player, if you want to sign the player then you click sign player, after that you will pay the price in the report (the team history will show it as a transfer) to the club you sign the player from. It would work like offering a contract to the grayed out players in your own team. By offering a contract to the player you turn the player into a regen.

It would be useful for players managing lower league clubs or managers who want to train players from for example Oceania, which does not have many if any regens.

It could be a option while starting a new game which you can turn on or off, it could even be a player only feature, meaning you are the only one who can sign grayed out players.
