Staff numbers and board happiness

One thing that has always bugged me, is because sometimes members of staff can overlap between first team and youth team, it fills in one of the little men on the staff screen. This means when they're all full the board won't be happy with more. But on the board screen it might still say there's space for another youth coach. So, you're able to get one. But then the screen will suddenly say you're expected to reduce numbers
