Spurs08 Posted April 1, 2017 Share Posted April 1, 2017 Right now, it seems the norm in the game is that when a club builds a new stadium, they play away from their current home while it's built. I don't know about the situation abroad, but in England at least it's the exception rather than the rule despite the ongoing project at Tottenham and the proposal at Chelsea. Generally, clubs identify an entirely new site and simply don't move out till it's ready. I believe that should be represented in the game - perhaps with a weighting so that clubs in large cities (population density would be better but I don't believe that's in the database) are more likely to have to build on the existing site and move away for some time.
