Lenzar Posted April 11, 2017 Share Posted April 11, 2017 I don't like how, when my squad (or indeed an AI squad) runs out of a certain type of player due to injuries or suspensions, that the game generates a 'grey' player out of nowhere. I understand that the grey players are needed for other reasons, but I'd like to see a squad actually have to find other way to fulfil slots - there are other ways to do this without creating a player from thin air. enigmatic Posted April 11, 2017 Share Posted April 11, 2017 The "grey" players in active leagues are intentionally awful relative to the standard of the league. Consider them local amateurs or C-team players called up at the last minute. But this is probably better than the real life option of not having enough players to make the bench or even being kicked out of the league for being unable to fulfil your fixtures...
