brfc1986
I have the same issue... i cant get it to run offline. When i have read on forums it just consists of people saying if you cant get on the game offline then u have pirated the game. I bought the game through steam so have an official copy but i cant get it to work when i turn steam to offline mode

As long as the Steam password is saved and FM is up to date then it should work fine. With nothing from Steam open then select "Go Offline" from the top Steam tab, once offline then close Steam (Not just minimise). Next time you try to open Steam it should come up with a pop-up saying no internet connection, do you want to open in offline mode. Just click yes/ok and it should open. Once Steam is open just open FM and away you go.
michaeltmurrayuk
You also need to ensure you have run the game at least once after the last patch before going offline. Also if you know you are going to go offline it is best to test the offline mode first just to make sure it is working before you don't have an internet connection.
