I cant do anything about the wages in a youth contract, the height is picked automatically. I noticed that this is almost never in terms with your max budget. For example I have a 4k weekly budget at my non-league team. I have 18 players in my U18 players, all earning 90 a week, totalling 1620 a week. That s almost half my budget... I would like to be given the opportunity to decide the height of the youth wages newgens get when they are promoted and signed to the U18/19's. I even would like the opportunity to decide we only work with amateur contracts. Options: - Either you can pick a max total budget to spend on youth teams. For example 5% of your overall wage budget - Or you can decide the amount of a youth contract yourself by picking a number, making it possible to pick 0 as well.
