Things based on the what kind of football the club/manager prefers. Whether they give enough youngsters a chance. Whether it is an upwardly mobile club and how much of media support the club has at present. This can add into whether a player would prefer to sign for the manager, basing on if he has a prior reputation for bringing through young players and such. And more credit being given for achieving high to mid table finishes with relegation material clubs. So, i finished fifth with my sunderland club in my first year and have been in the top 6 consistently for almost 6 years, without any trophies tho. But there has been no credit given whatsoever, nor is there any room for selling the club as an upwardly mobile club which might interest more younger players.
