As a manager, you want to see your players develop and know whether u have positively influenced them at the end of each year. A report card of sorts, if you will. It should be accessible at the end of each year for all the first team squad and it should contain, 1.Progress made over course of the year 2.Change in current ability from start of year to current date 3.Any changes in attitude. Overall performance over the season. Best and worst performance of the season. Changes in attitude( like a new contract with a high pay leading to poor motivation, a team mate being a bad influence, finds the manager inspirational etc etc) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
