Maybe only for top star player,some thing like : 1) Long pass specialists, 2) long shot specialists 3) freekick specialists 4) dribbling specialists 5) or ball control specialists maybe success rate +10% ~ +20%,for specialists. In FM a mix of many attributes define how good a player is at a long shot or a dribble etc etc. However, one area it could work for is free kicks & penalties. I know PPMs are generally seen as tendancies but you could have a free kick & penalty PPM. Coding wise I'm not sure how it would work to be realistic but first attempt would just be something like a slight hidden boost to maybe the key technical attributes perhaps.
