Attribute Search Combination for Staff

I think many know the formulas that determine the star rating of coaches are largely dependent on level of discipline, motivating and determination. When I search for staff, I always include a min for each of these attributes but it's not perfect because if I place a minimum of 10 for each, then the combined score for the 3 of these is 30, however, there might be someone who has only 9 for one of them but has 15 for the other 2, therefore, his combined total would be 39 which is obviously much better but because it could be any of one of the 3 attributes, it's more time consuming to test dropping the minimum of each attribute to find better rated staff or conversely dropping all 3 to a lower value would widen the number found again making the search more arduous.

So therefore my suggestion is that you can choose to search for the 3 attributes combined as a minimum value of say 30 instead.
