marcolmo
Create a broader staff with a psychologist / motivator, a nutritionist, warehouseman, and press officer to increase the number of people interacting with the team and the players. Then create a team of old glorys over 35 or over 40 with their own championship, so to satisfy even old CM / FM players like me. The team of old glories only for the most prestigious teams. santy001
The problem with adding more staff is they have to be researched, how do we judge these people on the research team? It requires things we don't get to access, and information that clubs don't necessarily make public. When it comes to old players/ex-players etc I think the standard answer is that licensing prevents it. I don't know how it works, but it's not going to be like the premier league where all players are under 1 branch, once someone has retired from football presumably everything reverts back to them or their agent on an individual level. That would make it very difficult, if not impossible, to do to a satisfying level.
