TheWednesday Posted June 9, 2017 Share Posted June 9, 2017 Would like to see more variety from clubs, particularly clubs below the Premier league in England with regards to employing new managers. In real life a lot of clubs make some very left field managerial appointments, a lot coming in from abroad and bringing with them a lot of their National counterparts to play and coach etc. I think this could be modelled in Football Manager a little bit better, as in my saves clubs tend to just stick with the 'safe bets' and hire somebody with loads of experience in that division whereas we've seen with the likes of Huddersfield, Sheffield Wednesday and now Norwich that there is another route to take.
