Majos Trajos Posted June 25, 2017 Share Posted June 25, 2017 I think we should give some instructions to our head of development to increase our overall control of the youth development. So it will be nice to give some instructions to him so he can fulfill our requirements at the youth intake process like following : Giving instructions about player roles like "Find me a Trequarista (for strikers or AMC's)" Or indicating some important attributes (like we can do it in scouting players) or directly by saying " Find me a flying winger" These instructions can be further enhanced by the users of this forum. The idea is to bring 2-3 regens & newgens that will fit in your tactical system or your playing style. So by this way "Arsenal way" or "Barca way " teams can be created. You can then choose players to scout based on squad status, position and playing role.
