[Suggestion] Influence of shirt number on players morale

In my opinion this can be used in a much better way then it is at the moment. Now, players have there preferred shirt number but it doesn't effect how they react when you actually assign a shirt number.

Some examples I've seen the last week at Ajax:
- Ziyech posting all happy on Facebook he got #10
- Riedewald said in the media that receiving #36 was one of the reasons ("I've seen it as a signal") to leave to club as he doesn't feel any trust anymore.

Imagine what would happen if you give Messi #38? Now nothing happens... It also could be one of the promises you make to a new signing.

I definitely think there should be more to squad numbers.

There may only be a relatively small section of players who are bothered by such things, but it would be nice to see favoured numbers being important.

But it should affect the moral of the player only temporarily. If the player's character is good, he'd still be motivated and try to find his way back into the team after you gave him #38 or so. On the other hand, #10 doesn't make a player any better if his attributes are just average.
