As we all know, most of the retiring players think about being Manager, AssMan, Scout or definitely not being in football. We could see them in their short/long term plans. Also news sources and social media are much more integrating into the gameplay like IRL. So, what about some reputed and newly retired players or unemployed managers working for media sources? They all have a family to feed, unemployment can be long. They can be hired temporarily according to their reputation. Like newly retired Totti can follow the World Cup 2018 for Eurosport.com and comment on Italy's matches. Some unemployed managers with nation wide reputation can write/talk for national scoped media sources. Some can choose this as a pro career.
