trophymursky
Currently when you send players on loan you are allowed to negotiate/suggest role/playing time as well as preferred position. This is so you can prioritize development over other financial incentives as well as help players get better/more comfortable in positions that you want them to play long term (either to fit tactics better, or to fit an opening that will exist in a year or two). The problem is that you can not (to my knowledge) instruct your youth coach/B team coach to give certain players bigger roles or play them in preferred positions. This has a sizable effect in long term development and positional comfort for developing players and I fell it's something managers would have control over IRL. LaUne
There is the possibility to ask the youth/B team coach to use your tactic, but it is true that it could be an interesting feature. It might also be interesting to be able to ask the coach to expressly line up some players for his next game (either because those are A-team players that need to get fit again, or because they are high-prospects that need to play to develop). And his personality would make him to follow your opinion or not ? That's an interesting approach too.
