mibsweden
When you choose your staff to do things for you, it would be nice to tell them the parameters they are allowed to work within. A few examples: When you assign your chief scout to handle scouting - you could tell him what countries or regions to focus on, or what attribute threshold to use, or any other rquirements you would like to set, within reason. When you put players on development list for your Director of Football - you could perhaps say what level of football you are after, or what squad status you want as a minimum, or other requirements you would like. These are the ones I can think of for now, but you get the idea. :-)
mibsweden
Another idea: When you want the board to choose a feeder club and not do it yourself, you could set a list of preferred countries, or minimal facilities, etc.
lckyby
Yeah I always get sick of going through the process of weeding out hundreds of loan offers for my youth teams. But if I left the DoF in charge of outgoing transfers for the youth teams then I'd be afraid he'd sell someone and I'd miss it, or players would get loaned out as backups/squad rotation.
