Chinook2000
I would like to see far more implications to you as Manager when it comes to your own finances, certainly when it comes to your own contract. If you are offered a low raise then let it hit your own morale and have an impact on your managerial effectiveness. Instead of now when you are encouraged to play the game and accept a low salary, so that the game then allows for a better playing budget. Perhaps the lower salary can be interpreted by the board as the Manager being weak so easy to be pushed around into agreeing smaller transfer budgets, more unrealistic finishes etc. A higher salary would then put more pressure on you to succeed. Maybe an earning table in the Manager ratings table . Instead of rep it can be converted into worth. And maybe even an agent employed by the manager.
