More league and players

i suggest there's more league and players especially for the reserves team. 

Also ablity to have/control academy players (U18 and etc)  will add the value to this game

There is a workaround for adding more leagues (and therefore more real players), have a look here: https://community.sigames.com/forum/117-editors-hideaway-download-forum/
Although, if you do add more custom leagues, do so at your own risk, because the possibility of crashes is increased.

You can be a manager of a Reserves Team, as long as they are participating in a playable league. For example, Sevilla Atletico is the B' Team of Sevilla, they play in Segunda Division and you can manage them without interfering with the other 3 teams (Sevilla, Sevilla U19s and Sevilla C), as long as the Segunda Division is a playable league.
As for managing U18s, etc., the only thing you can do atm is to fire their manager. After that you can have full control of the team.
But I guess you want it to be separate thing, you control the U18s and someone else the Senior team, fair enough.

Sorry for the late reply, I was banned. Yes, you can fire the U18s (U20s or whatever) Manager and then take full control of the team (just like you do with the senior team).
After you fire him, a message will appear as to "decide who you want to take control of the U18s team". From the drop-down menu, select yourself and press "Confirm". Example:
