The last couple of years i have started with other clubs, but I always follow ajax. And one think i don't understand. Ajax is famous for their talents en scouting. But the problem is when I don't manage Ajax. The clubs is always buying players about 30 years old and after 3 seasons the average age is 31 of Ajax. Always South American players.
