TheGreat10ne1 Posted September 10, 2017 Share Posted September 10, 2017 I decided to start a save with Rotherham, but despite my best efforts, I unfortunately got sacked. Thankfully Hull, who had just been relegated into the Championship (into 2nd season of save, btw) decided to offer me a role and I gladly accepted. During the interview process, I promised no backroom staff changes, as an added incentive for them to hire me, which I was fine with. However, shortly after I joined my new club, two of my three coaches were poached by other clubs. Annoying in itself, but what made it even annoying is that I can't replace them, as the board advised I've promised them no staff changes. Surely, realism should allow the board to understand that, with two of the coaches being poached, with now only containing one of the three allotted coaches at the club, they should let me hire new ones...?
