kandersson
This is a purely cosmetic suggestion: I'd like the option to have net wages as main reference in the game, and then have the 'gross wage' value as secondary (it's the opposite atm, with the 'after tax' value). Personally I'm used to hear and think about players wages only as net wages irl so this option would help my immersion especially when offering contracts - I know it's VERY stupid but for example I hate to give a gross 8M per annum contract, while I wouldn't mind offering a net 4M... even if it's the same thing! Perception is everything!
FrazT
I think that this is very unlikely to be considered because all the figures affecting the wages budget will need to be gross.
kandersson
Budget can stay gross, my 'issue' is with individual contracts! In my country we're used to hear and talk about football wages as net wages per annum, seeing gross wages over 10M per annum makes me want to cancel contracts especially when offering new ones! But seriously I have to calculate after tax each time to have a real life reference, would be nice 'thinking' individual wages as net wages in FM too.
