I have never been able to sign players under 18 for the club in FM2017 unless they are english/scottish/irish/welsh etc i like to sign under18 foreign players but this is not possible? i mean that you can sign a 15/16/17 year old brazilian but he will not arrive intil he is 18+ So if i am to buy players of 15/16/17 they must be english/native/local? any advice is welcome, thanks for reading.
