[Suggestion] players sometimes miss training. Based on there personality and other factors and random chance. 

Seems weird that all players have 100% attendance.

Generated players with low professionalism can miss training.

Real players cannot skip training, because it would cause real legal problems for SI if they could.

I thought that might be the case, its absolutely riduculous to be honest, Players are human like the rest of us. Adding that into the game shouldn't be a legal problem.

It would potentially cause uproar if a user posted a screenshot of, say, Ronaldo going AWOL. That’s also why you won’t see Neymar staggering out of a nightclub at 2am, which can also happen with the less professional newgens.

Players used to go absent from training back in the Championship Manager days. Back then, laws were perhaps a bit more relaxed.

Laws weren't more relaxed it's just that the players image has more value now.

Unless you are a lawyer, we must assume that the SEGA/SI legal team have arrived at these decisions based on their legal knowledge and the possible consequences of going down this route in search of realism. As @CFuller has said, it wont happen for real players
