I'm playing as Lyseng IF, lowest rated club of tier 3 in Denmark. A much bigger club approach my; head of youth development. Then I do the logical thing try to recruit another. He accepts, but the board blocks it - they won't let me replace the one already at the club.4 minutes, 16:36 to 16:40 ingame time(same "sequence"), later my current head of youth development accepts the offer of the bigger club, as of course he would. Now the one I approached won't negotiate as the last ones broke down.... This is a problem, considering there are no other valid candidates. If realism is the aim, this is very weak - and not a representation of real life.NB.
