Saint_Lane Posted November 23, 2017 Share Posted November 23, 2017 Good link from Hunt3r. You certainly need to be much more pro active in managing workloads and training of individuals. Refer to the medical centre and the training squad view to see what players have a naturally high susceptibility to injury. Consider the training load you give these players. Consider the number of games players have played and the load being put on them in training. You can't blindly put the squad on High intensity training whilst playing 2 friendlies that week and have individual training assignment given to each player. You will break them. Good luck!
