thiagoanjo
It would be great to have the real vision of a real manager on the edge of the field, cause none of the cameras currently simulates the true vision of the managers. No coach watches the game on the TV or the bleachers, right?
Sopel
This has been suggested many times and always has been rejected on one very basis - Football Manager's, from up this close looks just... ugly. SI even tried to go in that direction, but for unknown reasons gave up on the idea. The only thing that was left was a camera angle called "Player Cam" that followed the ball really closely, showing the players up close. This was in FM11 and could be only unlocked by mods. A lot of people were hoping that we would get that "Manager view" angle, but nothing really cam out of this. I think the problem lays in the graphics which never were the strong side of FM. Mainly the players - their movements aren't that fluid, they really don't have great models and textures. The good thing is that the in game kits can be modified so at least the sirts would look really good. Well, not to be a pessimist, that would be ideal. Maybe SI will someday commit to the idea, maybe it's being held up so when this would be implemented we would get a good kick out of it - simulating the bench, the notepads, etc... who knows?
