I currently manage Spennymoor Town and have a Scouting Budget of $7.25 and also did not buy any packages. So I only know about players that my scouts know about. I have only sent out one month assignment for 'first team' player and have done team reports for preseason. Only players I have scouted are the ones that come to me or ones i have searched for myself. but now I'm negative in money and cant scout any players. also my board wont let me adjust my budget. Says 'scouting budget will be used for any senior, youth packages and trips outside of permitted scouting range' ........ i have not done any of that.
