reviewed Scouting Centre - suggest refine buttons

In the scouting centre, you often have many reports to go through.

So you hover the mouse over the Acknowledge button, then go through the reports. When there are so many to do, you end up just clikcing Acknoweldge straight away.

But hovering the mouse in this way causes a pop up description of what hte button does.

I know you can adjust pop ups, and they are useful in other areas, but not here.

Perhaps have an 'i' button, next to these buttons instead of popups?
