bradmcc123 Posted January 14, 2018 Share Posted January 14, 2018 Hi, i have a promising youth player and im trying to get his determination up by tutoring from the senior team, every player i select, he says he doesnt want to work closely with. then i looked at his personality, saw it was ambitious so i signed a player with higher potential and ambitious personality, but he still refused. I'm not saying that's why he's rejecting tutelage but if it aint broke don't fix it. Yes it's nice to get determination up but he already has a decent level. His ambition is definitely around 14-17 so you only have to hope his professionalism is not far behind and then you have a player who will develop fairly quickly with game time. By the looks of things he's developing well already so in my opinion you may as well leave it. The only thing I would be concerned about is his level of hidden Controversy or Temperament, which is likely causing his refusal. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
