It would be great to be able to jump multiple levels up on facilities depending on your budget. For instance, if I've really built up club resources and have the money to spend, I should be able to upgrade multiple levels on my training facility. You should also be able to control upgrading the coaching ability in the junior levels and scouting levels through board requests. Again, being able to skip levels of upgrades depending on budget.
