I don't want to get too ahead of myself here but I think we are almost definitely going to win the FA Cup. Thank f*ck we actually won a game. We battered Macclesfield and deservedly came away with a 3-0 win. West Ham up next in the Checkatrade Trophy- they'll probably play lots of youngsters- definitely winnable. Convincing win against a young West Ham side to take us through to the next round of the Checkatrade Trophy. Nice to get another win under our belts after such a poor run previously. Rory Gaffney hit his second hat trick of the season while Dominic Telford grabbed a brace off the bench. Scunthorpe up next which will be a huge game. My job status is still 'very insecure'- a must win match this one. Fola
9th November 2017 Another injury for Bodin. I had really high hopes for him at the start of the season but he really hasn't developed the way I would have liked. He's really struggled to get a decent run of games because of injuries. Ipswich are sniffing round him- tempted to cash in when the January transfer window opens.

What a win and a win that has probably kept me my job for now. I was 'very insecure' before this one but I am now back up to 'stable'. Dominic Telford was given the opportunity to take a starting berth after the injury to Bodin and he really stepped up with 2 fine goals. Not the best day if your name was J.Clarke but all in all, absolutely buzzing with this. AFC Wimbledon at home next who are sitting bottom of the table- a must win, surely? What a win and through to the Third round of the FA Cup we go! Hats off to Billy Bodin- I've been quite critical of him recently but he came off the bench and scored two great goals. We played really well and hopefully we can keep this kind of performance up now moving forward.
