claretonmyshirt Posted January 28, 2018 Share Posted January 28, 2018 Hello Can some one explain how my coaches say a player has 4 stars for both current and potential abilty yet in the written report it says he will improve alot in the future. CFuller Posted January 28, 2018 Share Posted January 28, 2018 Those star ratings aren't quite the same. Rivero is rated as having 3.5* ability, and 4.5* potential. The black stars under potential ability indicate some uncertainty in the coach's report. Rivero may be a good PL player already, but it seems tha he could still improve significantly if the coach's report is to be believed. How old is Rivero? MrPompey Posted January 29, 2018 Share Posted January 29, 2018 the star system is a reflection of his skill level amongst his team mates, not rather than the world in general In terms of a player having a similar PA to CA then consider a player who has reached his peak. Certain players in certain positions reach these at different ages. Also not that not all players reach their potential.
