BruceyNTFC Posted February 19, 2018 Share Posted February 19, 2018 Perhaps more an idea that tweaks the feel of this process, but at the moment, when you place a job advert, you're met with a list of interested candidates, and their profiles. What might add another layer of realism would be if that was accompanied by a covering letter of sorts, explaining why they want the job. Staff members who have the club as a favourite could mention that, or people who played for them can mention that. Perhaps they played for a rival and they could have the chance to explain that away. Just feel it would give a more personable approach to it, rather than the fairly mechanical process it is at this point. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
