Kingstontom88 Posted February 28, 2018 Share Posted February 28, 2018 I'm not 100% sure, but I would assume it does have an effect on mental stats or some hidden stats for confidence/professionalism - a lot of scout reports may state that a player 'has a lot of international experience' as a pro or 'has little international experience' as a con.
