Even in FM08 if you manage in the BSS and set your experience to International Player you will always be linked to jobs higher up the divisions as well as international jobs. If you want a more realistic approach I'd suggest when managing in the BSS to set you experience to 'Automatic'. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
