avillafan.com Posted March 4, 2018 Share Posted March 4, 2018 Hello, I have purchased Touch back in November and everything has been working fine however when I come to install the latest update it was blacked out on my iPad for a few days - as they do when you update etc. so I decided to delete and reinstall however I have the same issue now. marris09 Posted March 4, 2018 Share Posted March 4, 2018 Ok go to your ipads wifi settings and and disconnect from the network ur connected to,turn your router of at the wall,on your ipad hold down home button and power button until the ipad restarts.plug the router back in and wait for your ipad to pick up the wireless network,recconect and you should be good to go.
