Suggestion - Play as Real Life Managers

Of course playing as yourself is the main point of the game, but I always feel it could be fun to play as a real life manager and trying to manage in their style or to change it completely, ie have Guardiola play Route 1. Also when you play as a team you like and like the manager, it's kind of annoying they have to get resign for you to take their place, so to just play as them would be good fun.

From what I recall @bananaman92 SI have said this doesn't coincide with their vision for the game. The FM series is very much about your own journey through the football world, not you picking up the reigns on someone else. 

Not the exacting phrasing I recall but that was the general jist of it.
